The Young Canada Works Programme, which runs in many National Parks of Canada, hires high school students and aims to reach a variety of ethnic groups and provide a national park experience and pride in being Canadian. Each park’s program ideally has 50% kids from out of province and a mix of English and French and Aboriginal representation.
