Your training tools include:

A Trainer's Manual: includes the instructions for the course activities and the Summary Version;
A Participant's Workbook: a key tool for participants to use throughout the course and as a reference;
CD ROMs: contain music for module introductions, as well as introductory slide shows for Modules 1-3 and case study slide shows;
History cards: demonstrate the evolution of ecological integrity throughout Parks Canada history;
Educational games: ecological integrity Bingo, Poker and Trivia;
Cheat sheets: for the History Cards, House Analogy and Web of Life activities; and
Posters: include definitions of key concepts and module objectives.

Please note: all training tools have been revised for Phase 2 implementation.

Manuals
The Trainer's Manual provides the framework for the delivery of the course, and the Participant's Manual provides information and activities, which will further orient the learners to the concepts of ecological integrity.

In Module 1, groups create a Parks Canada ecological integrity timeline using history cards. The cards and the captions were revised in response to your comments at the Train the Trainer's Conference.

Educational Games
Participants always love a challenge! Games are a positive way of reinforcing new concepts. Challenge participants to a game of Module 1 Trivia or Module 2 Ecological Integrity Bingo. Ecological Integrity Poker can be played throughout the course!

Transparency Templates
This template includes the official Ecological Integrity logo and is to be used for creating transparencies for use with overhead projectors.

Name Tags
The following name tag template can be used to create personalized name tags for course participants and facilitators. With the Logo Background template, you can type personalized information (i.e., name, position, site) over the logo watermark and use a colour printer to print them on Avery Pin Set labels.
