Strategy (Adobe PDF document) for more detailed information. For a

Facts.
Course Delivery
All National Parks Staff and seasonal staff will participate in
the full 12 hour course.
National Historic Sites and Canal staff with no significant land
base, Service Centre staff and National Office staff will
participate in the three hour summary version. If interested, they can
complete the 12 hour course.
Between 12 and 24 participants from a variety of sections should
attend each session of the course. This manageable groups size will ensure
that the course is interesting and relevant for all participants.
Where possible, deliver the course over two consecutive days.
Local Training Team
You
will deliver the program at the field level as part of a Local Training
Team. The average team size will be 3 trainers.
Two trainers need to deliver the course at one time. You can deliver
the modules as team or each deliver specific modules. If your Field Unit
is large, other teams can help you deliver the course.
Implementation Schedule
The program is to be implemented in two phases and is due for completion
in
